  • We can schedule your installation within just one month, and build your office pod in 4-6 weeks—bringing your dream office to life in just a matter of months!

  • Backyard Pod has simplified the payment process into five easy steps:

    1. $500 Deposit: Receive a welcome package with color selections and start your plans. Enjoy two complimentary 30-minute design meetings before finalizing your plans.

    2. 25% Scheduling Fee: This secures your spot on our schedule and gives your project priority over unscheduled ones.

    3. 25% Due 2 Weeks Before Kickoff: Ensures all materials are ordered for your pod’s completion.

    4. 25% Due After Framing and Siding: Pay once framing and siding are finished.

    5. Final 25% After Walk-Through: After the final walk-through, your warranty begins!

  • A pod specialist will start with an initial conversation to understand your backyard goals. Next, we’ll complete a feasibility report to confirm what and where we can build on your property. Afterward, we’ll visit your site and provide a detailed estimate. Once you're ready, we can move forward with a deposit and begin building your dream at-home office!

  • In the City of Austin, accessory structures under 200 sq. ft. don’t require building permits—just a simple $1,000 electrical permit, which we’ll handle for you!

  • We offer 5 models ranging from $35,990 to $55,990, and this price covers everything—foundation, installation, heating and cooling unit, 2' deck, all finishes, sliding glass door, and windows.

    The only extra costs are:

    - Electrical permit: $1,000

    - Electrical trench (connecting the pod to your main electrical panel): Usually around $1,000 ($10/foot, with a $500 minimum)

    Any additional utility work needed for your site (like electrical panel upgrades, slope adjustments, or relocating powerlines) may also add to the cost.
